Javascript Status Bar / title Bar Scroller with Random Messaging

A Status Line Message Scroller

Can display either the same single message on each visit, or select a random message from a list.
Shows a different message on consecutive reloads (where cookie support is available).
Configurable for speed and number of display cycles.
Can write to the title bar instead, even from within a frameset.
Three final-display options:
1. Displayed message becomes static.
2. Displayed message is replaced by a different static message.
3. Status line clears.
Pauses on link hover (within the same frame), so does not prevent the display of hyperlink URLs.
Requires that the client browser be configured both to display the status bar and alter its content.
