SoftScroll is a JavaScript utility that provides a smooth decelerating scroll to target anchors. As well as scrolling to conventional anchors, the ID attributes of elements may be specified. The script will scroll on load to any anchor found in the URL. Both horizontal and horizontal scrolling are supported. Support is available for scrolling to anchors within nested iframes an adjacent frames.

SoftScroll provides a smooth decelerating scroll to anchors, replacing the default 'jump' action.
